What happens to a request you send

Your request comes to us first. The form asks only for what is needed to discuss the work, and asks for your consent before anything is shared. With that consent, we pass your request and contact details to a partner contractor so they can contact you about the project.

Budget and condition tools run in your browser. Official websites linked here have their own privacy practices. The site has no advertising or analytics tracking.

Retention and the current form

Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.

Optional tool and audience requests

Feature forms can additionally collect an optional email, property address, organization, transaction date, access notes and the project details you choose to enter. A selected warning-sign result or elevation comparison can accompany an explicit request. These are visitor-supplied observations and guidance, not verified inspection findings.

A neighbor invitation shares a random group code and the waterway or community name you enter. Anyone with the link can request to join. Do not put names, phone numbers or private addresses in that public community field. Public invitation checks reveal no member list or contact details. Deleting or expiring the organizer’s request disables its invitation; submitted requests otherwise follow the site’s stated retention policy.

Calculator and questionnaire answers stay on your device unless you explicitly include a summary in a submitted request. Preview forms do not send or save a lead. No advertising analytics or payment service is added by these features.
